Have you seen the palm rejection configuration screen for One Note? It asks "how do you hold your pen?" And covers more variation in grip specifically with regard to the angle of your hand in relation to what you are writing. Another interesting facet of pen grip variation.

Funny part is I asked the same question here recently --> [https://www.reddit.com/r/Handwriting/comments/f0s72j/pen_grasp_help/?ref=share&ref_source=link]

I defaulted back to bending my fingers because of losing my stability in my hold. I think I have the Dynamic Quadrupod grip.

I am curious did you have penmanship classes in elementary or middle school? I did in the 70s but my son didn't in the 90s.

No, I didn't. As someone who grew up in the 2000's, penmanship was not strongly emphasized, at least at my elementary school.

I am really impressed by this post. Honestly, I have the same grip as yours and it hurts a lot sometimes. I will try my best to imply these tips while writing! Thanks a lot.

Incredible insight, thank you much, I've never thought about my pen grip this way.
