Very disappointed with Aldi mobile. Have been unable to send SMH and mms for several days. Have contacted Aldi who have attempted to fix the issues, to no avail. My wife's phone is the same and other friends phones as well. None have been fixed. Am in the process of selling a house, so it's very inconvenient. We are long term customers and this needs to be fixed asap.
I Live in Beenleigh QLD 71 Pheasant ave, for two days we have had not service , we have spend 1.5hrs with aldi yesterday, with no success , we are being told nothing with our service area , however once we go away from home HALF a K OR SO WE GET SERVICE ??? CLEARLY Something is wrong with aldi service The sad thing is all our family are with aldi probilly have to consider another Provider!
I have 2 aldimobile service numbers. I also have a woolworths sim. None cal ring each other. I have replaced one of the sims and also tried in other handset - no change. Anyone else seeig 'conditional call forwarding' enabled ALWAYS when calling other numbers? Howwver my phone was ok to other numbers when in a different location. Its a complex fault to report!
My Aldi Mobile service has been down since Saturday, the 24th of June, 2023. I called them from a friend's phone, and I was told they are having some Telstra service update down in my area (Waitara, and Hornsby, NSW, 2077), and it would not return before the 30th of June! This is very irresponsible, not having warned customers, and not having arranged an alternative service! I tried to send an email to them, by using the email address they send me notifications of monthly payments. That bounced back! I am very frustrated!
Mid North SA Day 3 and still no service. At least optus said something about their outage, not a single word in 3 days from aldi about their outage. You would think that Telstra would have said something also since aldi mobile use the Telstra system. Lucky I still had my Optus broadband to be able to keep in contact with family and friends. And the " switch off your phone and pull out the sim card" trick that aldi mobile says for you to do doesn't work. Come Monday I switch to another supplier.
Since yesterday afternoon (14/11/23) I have been having trouble with my Aldimobile internet. Phone shows 4G one to two bars, but keeps saying 'not connected'. Trying to also 'Hot Spot'. Same reaction. Is there a major problem that I should know about and how long it will be correcting the problem?
