It'll work for min or 2 one one bar then roam with few bars with emergency calling ony and its not mu phone done restated it and tried airplane mode and nothing. I usually have 5 bars of service LTE and 5G Services now nothing but one bar for few mins if I'm lucky.

For several weeks, Only Some calls and Some texts go through to my phone and my phone has No indication that a call was made. I do get some Voice Messages but without any notice to phone a call was made.

5-28-21. Qlink is down for me in Ohio. Went in and out a couple weeks ago, to now I can't receive calls or text for more than a week. They promised 24-48 hours to fix KNOWN ISSUE with the new EBB federal program that started on May 12. I cannot get their website to pull up.

Am I the only person who has nothing but a white screen on my qlink phone? It's been like this almost 2 weeks now. The map on here shows almost half the country is having qlink issues. Is my phone broke or is the service just out after qlink got raided by the FBI, IRS, Federal Marshall's a few weeks back? Yesterday I got my new phone, because they said my other one was too old and the sim card would not work. ( I had to pay to get.) I followed the steps to get it working. It worked for a little while. QLink service in/out/down in Metro Dayton and surrounding communities. I called them a couple weeks ago after having same intermittent service for at least a month. They said a couple days to wait 48-72 hours and they saw NO outages or issues with their network. Call escalated to higher tech, repeat same APN and network refresh, take out sim and clean it.
