MY SERVICE HAS BEEN OUT OVER A MONTH, when I call them they say the same thing new phone is on its way the chat and help service sucks nobody' knows anything about qlink

At least they tell you they will send you a new phone, I can't even get that ! I'm told my 10 mo. old phone I bought from them is no longer compatible. Told I need to buy another or bring another. This is their fault, yet I have to buy a new phone !
